Welcome to the Cape Colonial Guest House

The Cape Colonial provides its guests with an ideal location to discover and explore Cape Town and its surroundings.

A short stroll through the beautiful Company Gardens takes you to the city centre. A 10-minute drive over the Glen takes you to the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton and the Table Mountain Cableway is 5 minutes away by car. The nearest stop for the highly-recommended sightseeing bus is a 2-minute walk away – a great way of getting an overview of the city.

Feel free to take an early evening drink on the patio before going round the corner to lively Kloof Street with its many restaurants, bars and cafes.
Built in 1896, the house itself is a beautiful and painstakingly restored Victorian semi-detached retaining many of its original features such as embossed ceilings, stained-glass windows and polished wooden floors.

As a well-established Cape Town bed and breakfast, which has been graded a three-star establishment by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa, the Cape Colonial is a perfect base for both tourists and business people.
